My Postings Service

My Postings Service

How it works

  • It is free to use the My Postings service on Jump Forward.
  • My Postings is your personal Jump Forward postings management service.
  • Once you Register With Us and have posted a job, placement or brief on to Jump Forward you can view the status of your posting via the My Postings service.
  • You can edit an individual posting at any time via the My Postings service, simply select the correct posting group and then use the 'Edit' button next to the title of the specific individual posting.
  • Individual postings are displayed on Jump Forward until their specific closing date.
  • You can extend a specific postings closing date by editing the posting via your My Postings service; and in the case of job postings by paying the relevant Fee.
  • You can still access all information regarding an individual posting on your My Postings service for up to four weeks after its closing date.
  • All information regarding an individual posting, along with the posting itself is deleted from Jump Forward and your My Postings service four weeks after the specific closing date; unless the specific closing date has been extended.
  • By using the tabs at the top of the page you can select to view the status of posted jobs, placements or briefs.
  • Via the ‘Views’ counter My Postings enables you to see exactly how many individual users have viewed a specific posting.
  • Any misuse of the My Postings section, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, will result in the offender being barred from using Jump Forward.
  • All postings and edits are screened by Jump Forward.

Jobs / Placements

  • Under ‘Applications’ My Postings allows you to see exactly how many applications a specific job / placement has received and by using the ‘View’ button under the same heading, the individual application profiles and portfolios themselves.
  • Each individual application profile consists of the applicant's work and educational history, as would appear on a traditional CV, and if completed an application cover note and a portfolio of their work.
  • The profile shows the applicants contact details (name, postal address, email address, telephone number and any personal web site link).
  • By using the ‘Add to Favourites’ button below the applicants portfolio, you can select applications you wish to consider further. These you can see via the ‘View’ button below ‘My Favourites’ alongside the specific postings title on your My Postings service.
  • Please view our advice for full information on how both Posting a Job and Posting a Placement work.

Briefs

  • Under ‘Pitches’ My Postings allows you to see exactly how many pitches a specific brief has received and by using the ‘View’ button under the same heading, the individual pitches themselves.
  • Each individual pitch consists of a maximum of 4 Jump Forward watermarked images, a title and some descriptive text from the pitcher.
  • Every pitch is anonymous, so the best work is selected purely on its brief satisfying and creative merit.
  • To view an image from a specific pitch simply click on the one you wish to view and click on it again to view an even larger pop up.
  • By using the ‘Add to Favourites’ button, below the largest image, you can select pitches you wish to consider further, these you can see via the ‘View’ button below ‘My Favourites’, alongside the specific brief title on your My Postings service.
  • Once you have selected a pitch you would like to own simply click the ‘I Want this Pitch’ button below the largest image, then by paying the correct Fee you will immediately have sent the contact details (name, email address and telephone number only) of that specific pitching member to your stipulated email address for you to do business with.
  • Please view our advice for full information on how Posting a Brief works.
